Loan Servicing

The Alliance owns two loan funds devoted to economic development activities and assists the Town of Windham in the management of a third loan fund.

  • Regional Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)—this fund services the following 21 towns: Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Hampton, Killingly, Lebanon, Mansfield, Plainfield, Pomfret, Putnam, Scotland, Sterling, Thompson, Union, Willington, Windham and Woodstock.
  • Northeast Technology Enterprises Fund—Procured in 1996 from the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, these funds are available for loans to businesses that are moving into the newly rehabilitated Windham Mills Technology Center located at 322 Main Street, Willimantic, CT 06226.
  • Small Cities Revolving Loan Fund—The Alliance also manages a Small Cities Revolving Loan Fund for the Town of Windham. The following ten towns participate in this loan program: Ashford, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Hampton, Killingly, Mansfield, Putnam, Thompson, and Windham.
