The Northeast CT Economic Alliance (Alliance) provides business loans and ongoing business advice to startup and existing companies that have been unable to secure credit through conventional sources.
If you would like to start a business or expand a business, we are ready to assist you.
The Alliance was formed in 1990 as a non-profit economic development corporation to help create and retain jobs in 21 towns of Windham, Tolland, and New London counties. Click to view the 21 towns that we serve.
Our vision is focused in two areas:
  • To work directly with small business owners in northeastern Connecticut
  • To work on larger-scale regional activities to help create a more cohesive economic development policy that attracts, strengthens, and retains healthy companies that enhance the quality of life of all residents.
